Innovation and Engagement Advisor
Alexandria has 12 years of multifaceted experience in the energy sector. She thinks deeply about the power of language – technical jargon, political discourse, and everyday conversation – and how to resonate on a human level.
Her early career spanned geophysics to strategic planning and digital innovation. In 2020, she took the entrepreneurial leap, establishing 114 Degrees West Inc.(114th), a bespoke strategy and innovation consulting firm.

Her work ranges from carbon capture firms to equity participation investments in partnership with First Nation communities and maintains ongoing engagement with the start-up community in Canada.

Her hobbies include participation in the Canadian start-up community as an angel investor, trail running, and electronic music.
Chelsea Ellison-T
Engagement and Administration
Chelsea has over 15 years of business administration experience spanning the IT, property management, medical, energy, and Indigenous business development industries.
Her professional journey is characterized by an unwavering pursuit of excellence, equipping her with the skills and dedication essential for providing effective administrative support—a role she considers integral to any business or organization’s success.
Chelsea holds an Applied Business Management Degree from Brigham Young University – Idaho, complemented by Administrative Assistant and Business & Leadership Skills Certificates, which seamlessly integrates with her practical experience. She completed this academic achievement while managing the demanding role of a stay-at-home parent to her 3 young children.
